Report a Deployment

Reports are attached to the member's Discord User ID, which is their primary DUKBAF employee ID. Branch and regiment are copied from the live personnel profile.

Incident / Operation Report

File an auditable report against your Discord employee ID. Do not submit SECRET or TOP SECRET material.

Regiment / Unit Management (ORBAT)

CDS & Command Admins Only: Manage regiments, units, and ORBAT structure.

Add Regiment Member

CO/XO/Admin Only: Add personnel to your regiment.

Roblox / Discord Personnel Sync

Pull members into unique DUKBAF staff profiles. Existing external IDs are updated instead of duplicated.

Google Sheets Integration

CDS Only: Sync ORBAT and staff data from Google Sheets.

Note: Requires Google Sheets API credentials configured. The system will sync staff rosters and regiment structures from your designated sheet.
